Responsibilities
Hours:
Must be able to work Saturdays (730a-5p)
Monday - Thursday 4p-8p
Process customer payments (cash check and credit card) using dealership software
Accurately calculate bills make change and issue receipts
- End of day reconciliation
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
Provide excellent customer service and handle concerns with professionalism referring issues when necessary
Requirements
Previous cashier or receptionist experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
