As the Associated-Director in the Client Onboarding & Administration department you will be in charge of the cross-border matters group-wide. Reporting directly to the Vice-Director you will be in charge of the supervision of the operational activities and the people management in accordance with your senior management.
Key responsibilities
Team Management:
- Leading and supporting your team:
- Fostering a positive work atmosphere where employees feel motivated valued and connected to the team and the organization.
- Addressing any potential conflicts among team members to your senior management and/or HR Partner
- Supporting employee growth through training mentorship coaching and advancement opportunities.
- Hiring:
- Leading the recruitment process with your Talent Acquisition Partner and your Senior Management
- Ensuring new hires are properly introduced to the team the organization its culture policies and their specific roles.
- Performance Management: Setting performance expectations providing feedback conducting performance reviews and addressing any performance issues.
- Conducting under performance process with the help of your Senior Management and HR Partner.
Operations management:
- Performing regulatory analysis of cross-border regulations and translating them into reviews of internal policies guidelines and procedures as well as country rules.
- Providing cross-border support to different departments of the Bank as well as to other entities of the Group especially in relation to requests for projected marketing campaigns requests to enter into business relationships with external partners or travel requests.
- Participating in the establishment and enforcement of effective processes incl. trainings and development of appropriate supporting tools.
- Leading cross-border monitoring and controls of the Banks commercial activities group-wide (e.g. calls files review verification of websites social media).
- Participating in audits as well as the consolidated supervision for cross-border purposes in particular onsite and offsite inspections of Group entities.
- Supervising daily account openings of clients managed by external partners.
Qualifications :
- Master of Laws is a must.
- Experience in dealing with banking and/or cross-border matters is a must.
- Excel notions are a must.
- Knowledge of corporate structures and/or of KYC/AML/CFT is a plus.
- Self-driving strong collaboration skills incl. capacity to prioritise the teams workload autonomously.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Native in French and excellent proficiency in English.
