Product Owner

The Product Owner leads our game development projects from vision to the execution of roadmap games. You lead the creative process and carry the vision to a cross functional team daily while staying within the boundaries of budget time and resource plans. You take the game from internal concept ideas to going live with our vast selection of casino operators. You are the link between business development and sales to assure the games success at all stages. This role suits you who likes to combine structure and creativity. You will be an integral part of the Product team within Quickspin and will play an important part in the creation of worlds most awesome video slots.

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent understanding in what makes game fun and exciting.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry specifically focused on the production of slot games.
• Strong experience in Jira or equivalent project management tool. Scrum-master or equivalent technical experience is an advantage.
• Experience with data tools such as PowerBI or Quicksight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in pitching ideas to stakeholders effectively.
• Strong team leadership skills.

Additional Preferred Experience:

• Experience in game production and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
• Strong analytical skills for game design and player engagement.
• Understanding of mathematical fundamentals of slots.
• Familiarity with Figma Canva Adobe or other design platform is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Pitching ideas to stakeholders with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Leading and inspiring the game team through the development process.
• Overseeing game design to ensure creative and technical alignment.
• Managing projects efficiently ensuring efficiency and that timelines are met.
• Organizing game reviews and demoes to gather feedback and assure the game quality & player experience is according to expectations.
• Collaborating closely with marketing and commercial teams to set up for launch and promotion of games that lead to success.
• Following game performance and setting key metrics; reviewing and following up on results for each game project.
• Having a strong understanding of the gaming landscape; monitoring and staying updated on industry trends.
• Representing Quickspin at customer meetings demoes and presentations.
