Job Summary
As a Caregiver at our Summerset on the Landing village you will work as part of our compassionate team in the Memory Care Centre where we deliver high-quality resident-directed care for people living with dementia. Our secure specialist environment supports safety while promoting a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle with each residents quality of life at the heart of everything we do. Our care is resident-directedmeaning we tailor care and support to each individuals preferences values and needs
The shift pattern and hours for this role entails working AM shifts on a 4 on 2 off roster.
Typical duties include:
- Delivering meals and helping with mealtimes
- Aiding with hygiene such as showering
- Assisting with Individual care plan requirements such as walks and exercises
- Helping with activities such as puzzles table tennis etc

Qualifications :
You will naturally be empathetic kind and patient and thrive in a role where your compassion and care make a difference to peoples lives.
Youll bring with you:
- Experience in aged care or a similar role
- Experience with dementia care
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Ability to work a roster pattern of 4 days on and 2 days off
