• A Backup Administrator is expected to take the initiative on issues and probe deeper into fix root causes to proactively prevent recurrence.
• Basic troubleshooting of backup and restore failures on multiple platforms with varied configurations. Perform data restorations for servers file systems and databases upon customer request in a calm and controlled fashion while maintaining consistent communication with the customer.
• Installation configuration and troubleshooting of Rubrik backup applications on client servers.
  Proactively look to improve and add efficiency to current processes and exercise judgment in the decision-making process to provide consistent customer service.
• Must Be available to perform 7 x 24-hour support on rotation basis.
• Adding a VM to backup
• Adding a SQL to backup
• Adding a Oracle to backup
• Adding DB2 to backup
• Creating managed volumes
• Adding AWS instance to backup & validating Tags
• Adding GCP instance to backup & validating Tags
• Upgrading Rubrik
