Job Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for planning executing and closing multiple interrelated projects within the organization. This role partners with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering product management operations and executive leadershipto deliver complex programs on time within scope and within budget. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership organizational and communication skills ensuring program objectives align with corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define program scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed program plans schedules and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure effective collaboration between project teams.
  • Identify and manage dependencies risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program status communicating progress and potential roadblocks to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Drive program reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement leveraging data to improve program outcomes.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources across assigned programs.
  • Track and report program metrics KPIs and overall performance.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years of program or project management experience in a technology or enterprise environment.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall hybrid).
  • Proven experience managing complex multi-disciplinary programs.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP PgMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced matrixed organization.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90100 to $199500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
