As a Marina Supervisor you will:
- Interact and educate retail clerks
- Maintain all displays/retail inventory
- Conduct monthly inventory
- Clean and organize retail areas to keep them free from safety hazards
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all cashiers
- Communicate with customers and address any problems they may have
- Operate POS systems and perform general checkout functions
- Assist guests with all aspects of activity reservations
- Maintain a clean working environment such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise
- Maintain strong customer service and a safe atmosphere

Qualifications :
- Valid state Drivers License
- Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions
