Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
Purpose of Role
Ensure the safety of all guests visiting the WET area at all times. Responsible for providing a welcoming efficient personable and authentic experience for each guest during all encounters. Aim to maximize guest interaction while minimize time spent away from them. Create wow moments for guests by attending to their needs and performing Ws Whatever/Whenever service promise during all all company policies and procedures and is in accordance with local law.
Cast Key Responsibilities
safety of guests at WET area both in and out of WET at all times.
WET area is setup correctly at all times including sun chairs cabanas and others per W Brand Standards.
sufficient towels are available for guest use and setup correctly.
any assistance to WET guests e.g. a drink by the pool help them
any possible safety concerns and report them immediately to supervisor / manager.

a welcome experience to guest for every visit by providing Ws
service and assisting with any request.
fully able to order and provide FIT beverages to guests upon request.
post charges to guest accounts and / or take cash / credit card for purchases.
an accurate record of all postings.
Keep sufficient amount of merchandise at all times and ensure that all is
accounted for accurately.
Keep the facilities clean and tidy at all times with ample supplies of
amenities.
Ensure the facilities are only accessed by hotel guests and FIT members.

主要負責事項
1.隨時控管客人於碧波泳池內外的安全
2.確保碧波泳池區域的太陽椅小屋和其他設施在任何時候都有依據W品牌標準擺設
3.確保毛巾數量足夠提供客人使用並正確擺設
4.秉持W的隨時/隨需服務宗旨提供任何服務給碧波泳池所有客人的要求例如提供飲料或毛巾等等
5.發現任何安全問題立即提供報告給主管 /經理
6.為每一個光臨的顧客提供隨時/隨需的服務協助完成他們的需求
7.協助客人點餐及製作飲品
8.正確入賬至顧客的帳戶收取現金或信用卡確保所有的入賬記錄準確
9.確保所有商品存貨充足以及正確的登記所有購買紀錄
10.隨時保持所有設施乾淨整潔且備品充裕
11.確保所有設施只提供給房客及健身中心會員使用
