Job Summary
You will support the customer teams and central functions with the following activities:
- Drive planning tracking and reporting of Sales KPIs to support business performance.
- Coordinate key processes: Forecast Planning Business Plan and Target Setting.
- Perform complex data analysis and identify deviations to improve decision-making.
- Ensure data quality through validation and plausibility checks.
- Prepare insightful business reports based on accurate data collection and analysis.
- Contribute to process optimization and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the division in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
- Support tool testing and rollout activities for smooth implementation.
Competences:
- Analytical Skills Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Financial & Business Acumen Understanding of sales KPIs pricing strategies and forecasting processes.
- Communication & Collaboration customer and result oriented.
- Proactive mindset willing to actively contribute.
- Adaptability comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance/Business/Economics or a related field
Experience: 5 years of experience in Sales/Finance/Controlling or Data Analysis
Languages: Very good English skills
