Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha this pivotal role you will lead and oversee high-end fitout projects ensuring successful delivery within budget on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation
- Manage all aspects of fitout projects from inception to completion including design coordination procurement and construction
- Lead and motivate project teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress quality and safety compliance
- Manage client relationships ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
- Oversee contract administration and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and company policies
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field
- Minimum 18 years of experience in project management with a focus on large-scale fit out projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies budgeting and cost control
- Strong knowledge of construction processes MEP systems and fitout techniques
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Primavera) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Qatar
- Familiarity with LEED or other green building standards is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
