Job Summary
Are you an experienced Finance professional ready to take the next step in your career
Were looking for a Finance Manager to lead our Finance Department and drive financial excellence across our East Malaysia operations.
Youll be responsible for managing financial reporting cash flow budgeting forecasting and business analysis ensuring timely accurate and compliant financial outcomes. This role requires strong leadership analytical thinking and collaboration across functions to support business growth.
- Lead and manage the monthly financial reporting process.
- Prepare management accounts and annual financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze company financial performance and support decision-making.
- Manage budgets forecasts and company cash flow.
- Oversee audits taxation and statutory compliance.
- Ensure strong internal controls and system integrity (Infor M3 / DEPM).
- Lead and develop a small finance team to deliver high-quality results.
- Partner closely with the Financial Controller and Business Operations leadership to meet financial KPIs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field; professional certification (ACCA CPA CA or CIMA) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance within the manufacturing industry including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting budgeting and internal controls.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills able to work effectively across all levels.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements and achieving audit compliance.
- High integrity accuracy and commitment to deadlines.
