You will be working closely with several customers to maintain develop innovate & improve current applications both technical & consultancy role in project work and having the ability to influence the direction of the clients. - Develop maintain and optimize complex queries stored procedures and functions using Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server.
- Develop maintain and optimize SQL Server Reports.
- Maintain and utilize Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Create and maintain applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX) and ensuring seamless integration with other systems
- Design develop and maintain robust full-stack MVC applications using C# .NET ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts project managers and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in the phases of the testing cycle (solution/ performance/accessibility and security) and debugging as required
- Ensure all development activities comply with organizational standards including security protocols and data protection regulations
- Maintain detailed documentation of development processes system configurations and project progress
- Support audit reviews and activities and implement recommendations to ensure compliance and improve processes.
Qualifications :
Essential criteria:
- A minimum of 7 years experience of Oracle PL/SQL performance tuning and ETL in particular ODI.
- A minimum of 7 years development experience using Oracle APEX and C#.NET.
- Solid understanding of code version management and code promotion practices in an enterprise environment.
- Demonstratable experience in:
o Understanding of the software development / deployment lifecycle data.
o Delivering strategic IT projects regarding the bespoke implementation of systems using Oracle APEX ODI and C#.NET that align with records management and GDPR compliance requirements.
o Delivering specialized software systems tailored for the banking and/or financial services industry to support IT projects with a focus on loan servicing.
o Delivering large-scale data migration projects collaborating with cross-functional teams and external parties
Desirable criteria:
- A third level qualification (Diploma/Degree/Masters) in Information Systems Computer Science or a related discipline. (industry certification and significant work experience will be considered)
- A minimum of 2 years experience as technical lead and/or mentoring of an Oracle and/or C#.NET development team.
- A minimum of 3 years experience working within the public sector as well as within the banking and/or financial services sector demonstrating an understanding of government regulations compliance requirements and industry-specific processes
- Experience with installation and configuration of OBIEE 12C and ODI 12C environments
- Experience in developing reports using SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Knowledge of development methodologies including Azure DevOps or earlier versions
- Demonstratable experience in:
o Data analysis and data mapping in Banking platforms such as T24.
o Experience in Central Credit Register (CCR) process development and submission.
- Experience with OBIEE 12C development lifecycle such as data modelling designing configuring the OBIEE repository and designing dashboards
- Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports
- Experience designing and modelling Data Warehouses for Business Intelligence Reporting.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
