Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client office (81 Bay Street Toronto)at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Role Overview
As a Delivery Lead you will represent the business and lead the successful delivery of strategic initiatives from initiation through execution. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects ensuring alignment with business priorities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership project management expertise and the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
.Project Leadership:
oLead end-to-end delivery of business initiatives ensuring scope timelines and budgets are met.
oDevelop and maintain detailed project plans governance structures and success criteria.
.Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
oFacilitate sessions with business teams and technology partners to capture requirements.
oConduct feasibility assessments and produce documentation using standard methodologies.
.Stakeholder Management:
oBuild strong relationships with business partners negotiate deliverables and align milestones.
oCommunicate progress risks and issues effectively to senior leadership.
.Process Optimization:
oDocument current and future state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
oApply best practices in process design to enhance client experience.
.Risk & Change Management:
oProactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
oSupport change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
o5 years in project delivery or business consulting within financial services.
oStrong knowledge of project management and change management principles.
.Skills:
oExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
oProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
oAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
.Education:
oBachelors degree in Business Finance or related field (PMP or Agile certification is an asset).
