Czech-Speaking Digital Customer Support Specialist

What youll be doing

  • Monitor and review user-generated content and digital interactions to ensure compliance with policies accuracy and quality standards
  • Investigate and take appropriate action on cases involving spam inappropriate content or suspicious behaviour
  • Use market-specific insights and global trends to identify patterns flag risks and propose improvements
  • Collaborate with operations training product and escalation teams to ensure smooth resolution of complex cases
  • Maintain clear documentation of decisions and ensure consistent application of processes
  • Ensure shift-/volume-based tasks are completed efficiently while supporting a positive digital experience

What were looking for

  • Fluent Czech (C1) and strong English (B2)

  • Excellent attention to detail ability to analyse patterns of behaviour and make thoughtful decisions
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to deal with changing priorities and high volumes
  • Customer-service mindset: resilience adaptability and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Prior experience with content moderation fraud screening digital trust & safety or similar is an advantage
  • Tech-comfortable: able to work with multiple systems and learn new digital tools
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit is required
