Job Summary
Ezi-roll Doors Pty Ltd is one of Australias leading manufacturers of manual and automatic industrial and commercial roller shutter doors.
As we continue to grow we are looking for a hands-on mechanically minded individual ready to build a long-term career in installation and service.
This role would suit someone with experience in carpentry construction fabrication or anyone mechanically minded looking for a change. Full training and development opportunities provided.
THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY
Working across both our Service and Installation teams you will play a key role in ensuring our products are installed and maintained to industry-leading standards. No two days are the same with a mix of on-site installations repairs customer contact and warehouse support.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily installations and service work as scheduled.
- Follow the daily run sheet and communicate promptly with the office about any delays or changes.
- Conduct on-site repairs maintenance and troubleshooting across industrial products.
- Complete pre-installation inspections and accurate on-site measurements when required.
- Provide high-quality workmanship ensuring all installations and service activities uphold company standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service calling customers before arrival updating them if running late and maintaining professionalism on-site.
- Assist with emergency callouts when required.
- Maintain company property including vehicles tools and equipment ensuring they are kept in safe and clean condition.
- Operate a forklift for loading/unloading when needed.
- Support general warehouse and stock duties as required.
YOUR SKILLS
- Current Drivers Licence
- Valid White Construction Card
- Valid EWP / Working at Heights Licence
- LF Forklift Licence
- Experience in manufacturing installation service construction or similar trade-based work (highly desirable)
- Mechanically or technically minded with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and follow instructions clearly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety and professional presentation
A pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
