Position: Operations Customer Expert
Location: Lisbon Portugal

Your Main Responsibilities
As part of the Customer Service Operations team you will:
- Respond to customer requests via email chat contact forms and calls
- Handle support tickets related to general queries refunds or incomplete services
- Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
- Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products collect feedback and support customer success
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
- Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed
Salary Package With & Without Accommodation
Option 1 With Apartment (Company Housing Included)
Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1050 / month
Includes:

Base salary

Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances

Meal allowance (7 per working day)

Apartment benefit-in-kind (200 declared on payslip tax-free until 31/12/2026)

Potential productivity bonus (performance-based)
Option 2 Without Apartment (You Arrange Your Own Housing)
Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1379.00 / month
Includes:

Higher base salary (no apartment benefit)

Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances

Meal allowance
-
Health insurance from day one
-
Potential productivity bonus (performance-based)
Training Information
- Schedule: 8 hours/day
- Training content includes system onboarding customer management product training & on-the-job practice
- Training allowance: 42.72 per day
- Payment is made only if training is fully completed
Working Conditions
- 40 hours/week 1 hour lunch break
- 22 vacation days per year
- Italian holidays apply
- If you work on a Portuguese public holiday you receive a compensation day
- Office located near Oriente / Moscavide stations (easy access by metro bus train)
