What youll be doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for Norwegian-speaking prospects: initiate outreach build strong first impressions and shape early dialogues
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads build a solid pipeline and help guide opportunities through to discovery phases
- Collaborate closely with internal Solution Specialists and Partner Managers to maximise conversion and value for clients
- Identify customer business-needs and match them with suitable cloud/technology offerings
- Capture the voice of the customer gather feedback and feed insights into product and sales processes
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure consistent follow-up and reporting
- Achieve your individual targets and contribute to the teams overall growth
What were looking for

Fluent Norwegian (C1) and strong English (B2)
- 1-2 years experience in IT sales account management business development or customer success
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Dynamics 365 Salesforce or equivalent) and confident with Microsoft Office tools
- Passion for technology digital transformation and helping clients solve business-challenges

Goal-oriented proactive strong communicator and able to build rapport

EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit is required
