Job Summary
THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY
The role of Automatic Door Technician will mainly involve Preventative Maintenance Breakdown repairs and other works to Automatic Door Systems and Manual swing doors.
Work is mainly in the ACT area; however some regional work may be required from time to time.
Experience in this industry is desirable however we can offer training and support to candidates with transferable skills. This may include experience in trades such as auto electrical electrician fabrication maintenance fitter or a mechanic.
We offer a 24/7 service to our customers and you must be available to be on our after-hours roster on a rotational basis.
A fully maintained and stocked vehicle mobile phone iPad and uniforms are supplied to assist you in undertaking your new role.

Current Drivers Licence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mechanical knowledge.
Product knowledge and diagnostic capabilities.
Knowledge of electrical safety principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other desirable qualifications which will enhance your application include:
Baseline Clearance
Industry White Card
EWP / Boom Operator Licence Working at heights training.
Disconnect / Reconnect restricted electrical licence (S permit).
Please note that you must have full working rights within Australia & also be able to provide us with a copy of your Covid Vaccination Certificate.
