Proposal Team Lead

• Balancing resources to support the needs for Global and Key Clients along with the entire sales community
• Ensure delivery of successful high-quality pursuit/proposal deliverables
• Ensuring theres a streamlined proposal support processes including the use of available tools systems and resources under The Arcadis Way
• Improve our win & capture rates

• Lead an operational team and manage performance across all activities in order to achieve business objectives and continuously improve performance
• Effectively liaise and work with other team leaders to ensure alignment between the workstreams and regions and the centre.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team to assure mutual understanding of desired results
• Ensure that the team members are complying to the companys rules and regulations and any management changes shall be implemented
• Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
• Track and monitor team performance measures and reporting i.e. utilization quality assurance client satisfaction
• Identify gaps in core capabilities and initiate training based on business needs
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
• Manages the team by driving projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization work planning resource allocation and cross-functional collaboration
• Proactively identifies ways to improve processes and tools
• Drives/facilitates talent acquisition search to ensure quality and consistent growth of the team
• Efficient induction and onboarding process working with enabling functions such as HR and IT for a seamless orientation

• Bachelors degree in Management or any related field
• At least 7 years proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications ideally in Excel Word and PowerPoint
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
