Serve as a key resource and potentially lead lower levels within your area of expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
High School Diploma or GED.
6 years ( certifications).
Demonstrated ability to perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration on tasks.
Proven capability to understand and follow written procedures.
Ability to work independently or in groups effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Nice-to-Have
A bachelors degree.
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field.
Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Secondment 18 months
If you are currently in a driving position with a fleet vehicle and this secondment does not require driving as an essential function of the position for12 months or longer you will be required to turn in your fleet vehicle for the duration of the non-driving secondment. Please refer to the Fleet Policy and Procedures document for more information.
There will be no change to your current work location.
Routine weekend Holiday and overtime work.
Position is considered Flexible and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day(LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
