    Class VI: Starting at $24.67 - $30.32 plus applicable stipends

    Hours:
    8 hours per day - 1st shift (6:30am - 3:00pm)
    5 days per week
    261 days - 12 months

    Description:
    This Chief will oversee custodial services and operations at OGM and ESC.
    This Chief will oversee custodial services and operations at OGE.
    This Chief will oversee operations of Bloomington Transpotation Center.

    Requirements:
    - Chief C Boilers License (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
    - Certified Pool Operator License (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
    - Operation and preventive maintenance of HVAC Electrical and Plumbing systems.
    - Operation of energy management system (Siemens Building Automation Using the Insight and Desigo platforms)
    - Operation of varying types of Custodial and Grounds equipment
    -Computer skills and software operation including Skyward CMMS(Emaint) Google: Mail Drive & Sheets
    - Cleaning practices procedures planning Implementation and training
    - Multi site supervision
    - Ability to communicate with all staff and departments
    - Able to lift 60 lbs
    - Acceptable attendance record
    - Must be able to work flexible hours
    - Must pass physical and physical ability test
    - Manage all preventive maintenance
    - Ability to evaluate employee performance to department policy
    - Maintain a balance budget
    - Ability to work independently
    - Good organizational skills
    - Valid drivers license
    - All other duties as assigned


    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Experience supervising others
    - Experience maintaining energy management systems
    - 5 Years of experience maintaining HVAC systems
