The Opportunity & Role Profile
This Outstanding inner-city academy requires a reliable and highly practical Caretaker to maintain the daily security cleanliness and minor repairs across the premises. The school needs a hands-on individual who prioritizes safety and ensures the campus is welcoming and functional for all students and staff.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Access Anchor: Key holder duties managing alarm systems and securely locking up and opening the premises.
- Maintenance Mechanic: Performing routine minor repairs (DIY basic plumbing/electrics) and reporting larger maintenance needs to the Site Manager.
- Presentation Partner: Ensuring internal areas external grounds and teaching spaces are kept tidy safe and fit for use.
