We are recruiting an IT Technician for a busy secondary school in South London from January 2026.

The Role
- Position: IT Technician
- Location: South London
- Start Date: January 2026
- Contract: Full-Time All-Year Round (or Term-Time Some Holidays Considered)
You will:
- Provide first-line technical support to staff and students (hardware software logins printers etc.).
- Help maintain PCs laptops interactive boards and other classroom tech.
- Support the network manager with basic maintenance tasks.
- Log and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Assist with setting up IT equipment for events exams and assemblies.
What Were Looking For
- Previous IT support experience (school or non-school) is desirable.
- Good knowledge of Windows environments; knowledge of common school MIS/VLE systems is a bonus.
- Clear communicator with patience and a customer-service mindset.
- Organised reliable and able to prioritise tasks.
