Job Summary

This is a strategic leadership role that will define the future of Factorials onboarding and delivery model for large and enterprise accounts. You will lead the structure performance and evolution of our Project Management Office while directly managing the XL Project Management team and the Consulting teama combined group of approximately 30 people.

Your work will set the tone for long-lasting client relationships and will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction retention and long-term growth.
The role requires a blend of strategic thinking operational excellence project management mastery and people leadership along with a strong understanding of SaaS onboarding and customer success dynamics.

You will partner closely with Sales Product Engineering Finance Account Management Support and all relevant teams to ensure every large customers implementation is efficient scalable and tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & PMO Management:

  • Lead mentor and grow the XL Project Management team and Consulting team (30 HC) ensuring high performance scalability and role clarity.
  • Define and continuously refine the PMO strategy methodologies playbooks and delivery frameworks.
  • Establish KPIs dashboards and quality standards for onboarding excellence.

Customer Onboarding & Delivery Excellence:

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for enterprise and high-complexity accounts.
  • Oversee pre-sales engagement scoping and expectation management.
  • Ensure robust solution design requirements gathering and implementation planning.
  • Drive product adoption change management and customer training strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks dependencies and blockers early in the onboarding process.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales Product Engineering MPEs and Customer Success to ensure a frictionless customer transition from purchase to activation.
  • Act as the voice of onboarding and delivery in cross-functional initiatives and roadmap discussions.
  • Align delivery capabilities with business objectives and revenue targets.

Performance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor onboarding performance time-to-value and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes tooling and methodologies.
  • Champion a data-driven culture within the PMO ensuring visibility and accountability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Project Management or PMO teams ideally in a SaaS HR Tech or similar fast-growth environment.
  • Strong background in enterprise onboarding implementation or consulting.
  • Experience managing large teams (20 HC) with a focus on coaching performance and career development.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes payroll workforce management or similar (preferred).
  • Proficiency with SaaS platforms and project management tools (Gantt Jira Asana Trello etc.).
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Formal certifications are a plus (PMP Agile Scrum Master PRINCE2 etc.).
