His mission will be to carry out the analyses and developments of the new developments of the site in connection with CRM and future ticketing.
As part of your mission you will be integrated into the team of developers working on the site and will be mainly responsible for:
- Carry out the adaptations of account synchronization services between ticketing CRM and site
During your mission you will also be required to communicate with the IV Digital and Ticketing project teams the business the service providers managing third-party applications (CRM Mobile Application eshop) as well as other developers working on other projects within the team in order to use the same methodologies.
Write documentation and provide necessary training to users.
Conduct testing with end-users.
Profile
- You have a bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- You are proficient in object-oriented design C# language relational databases.
- You have at least 4 years of experience in C# .NET development.
- You have experience in Core and Entity Framework development.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) is an asset.
- Knowledge of SQL Server databases REST APIs and Web services (Json Soap) message queuing as well as experience with Azure DevOps and Git Flow are additional assets.
- You have very good oral and written communication in French and a good understanding of technical English.
- You enjoy working collaboratively on the projects that will be entrusted to you.
- You are flexible and comfortable in dealing with a variety of interlocutors.
- Similar experience in a passenger transport company is a plus.
