Job Summary

- Drive end-to-end executive support including calendar management meeting orchestration and travel coordination.
- Serve as primary liaison between the country manager and internal/external stakeholders ensuring crisp communication in Chinese and English.
- Prepare high-impact reports presentations and briefs to streamline decision-making.
- Manage confidential files leadership correspondence and follow-up workflows with rigor.
- Lead logistics for business trips client meetings events and operational reviews.
- Monitor priorities deadlines and deliverables to keep the country manager fully aligned and focused.
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.


Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Al-Alsun (Chinese Department) languages or a related field.
- Native or fluent Chinese speaker with excellent command of English
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting senior executives preferably in multinational or high-growth organizations.
- Strong mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and digital productivity tools.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity anticipate needs and operate with a high sense of ownership.
- Outstanding communication interpersonal and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- High resilience discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Strong time-management skills with a track record of managing competing priorities under pressure. Conduct research compile insights and support business operations as needed.
