As a Production Shift Supervisoryou will oversee production personnel equipment and processes across multiple manufacturing and support departments.

You will be responsible for planning and assigning work guiding daily goal setting organizing training and coaching team members for continuous improvement. Youll also ensure compliance with company and government requirements.

Your leadership will be key to helping your team deliver on daily objectives while fostering a strong plant culture based on our Company values. Additionally youll focus on driving continuous improvement in cost quality and service levels through facilitative leadership.
