Work Shift

Thursday through Sunday

6:00 am to 6:30 pm

Can work Thursdays 6 am to 10 am to get a full 40 hours but not required.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of Manufacturing Technician I you will:

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes.
  • Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to successfully implement process improvements and achieve production goals.
  • Document production data accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the training and development of new team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and product quality.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education

  • High School education or equivalent

Knowledge Skills and Abilities necessary to perform functions

  • Additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to strictly follow safety and quality protocols.
  • Proficiency in computer usage for data entry and documentation purposes.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may include lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
