Work Shift
Thursday through Sunday
6:00 am to 6:30 pm
Can work Thursdays 6 am to 10 am to get a full 40 hours but not required.
Job Responsibilities
In the role of Manufacturing Technician I you will:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to successfully implement process improvements and achieve production goals.
- Document production data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
- Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and product quality.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education
- High School education or equivalent
Knowledge Skills and Abilities necessary to perform functions
- Additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to strictly follow safety and quality protocols.
- Proficiency in computer usage for data entry and documentation purposes.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may include lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
