Job Title: Registered Nurse OR/PACU Circulator
Location: Pagosa Springs CO

Pay Rate: From $68/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse OR/PACU Circulatorfor an exciting Travel or Local job inPagosa Springs CO.
Job Responsibilities:
Circulate and provide direct patient care during surgical procedures in the operating room.
Prepare the OR with necessary equipment supplies and sterile instruments for surgical cases.
Monitor patient condition throughout surgery assisting the surgical team as needed.
Provide post-anesthesia care in the PACU including assessment and monitoring of vital signs airway and overall condition.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery instructions.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care interventions and outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient safety and workflow efficiency.
Skills:
Strong clinical knowledge in perioperative and post-anesthesia care
Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical and post-surgical environment
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado Required
23 years of experience in PACU OR or perioperative nursing Required
BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) Required
