Make a Difference
A Physical Therapist will be responsible forInterpreting resultsofinitial evaluation determines appropriate patient goals anddevelops treatment plan. You will modify treatment plan as needed andutilizes appropriate treatment techniques.Physical therapists will also be responsible forparticipating in teaching opportunities or clinical education of studentsas well asinter-disciplinary program planning. Most importantly you must establish and maintain a safe environment conducive to effective team functioningpositive patient outcomesandpersonal safety.
- Bachelor of Science Degreefrom an accredited program is required
- Must have a validIndiana Physical Therapy licenseortemporary permit
- Experienced and new graduatePhysical Therapisteligible
- Must beknowledgeableinanatomy/physiologyevaluationandtherapy theoretical concepts and techniques current materials and technological advances and new professional trends.
- You willeffectivelyprovidequality serviceto impaired individuals and communicate effectively with staff peers patients families physicians and all internal/external customers.
- Anabilityto incorporate a basic understanding of the behaviors developmental needs physical needs emotional needs and comfort of the child adolescent adult and geriatric patient will help.
- Also youmust be abletolift/transfer patientsandtreatment supply itemswithout restriction.
