Key job responsibilities
Manages and grows relationships with high-value accounts serving as the primary point of contact for strategic business partners
Drives revenue growth through innovative reward programs and targeted business development initiatives
Oversees inbounds and supply chain optimization for key accounts
Develops and implements account-specific strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance market share
Creates and monitors performance metrics to track account progress and identify growth opportunities
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and partner satisfaction
Conducts regular business reviews with key stakeholders to align on objectives and assess performance
- 2 years of sales or account management experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology start-ups or SaaS Platforms
