As a Restoration Technician youll perform hands-on work to restore properties and customer belongings from all types of property damage directly impacting the recovery process. This is a fast-paced physically demanding role where your skills make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on restoration work for all types of property damage including water fire smoke and other damages.
- Extract water perform demolition cleanup and pack-out of damaged contents.
- Respond to water fire smoke and other property damage emergencies in homes and businesses.
- Handle fire/smoke damage remediation including cleaning packing moving and disposal of non-salvageable items.
- Set up monitor and document drying and restoration equipment for water or other damage mitigation.
- Clean launder and restore customer belongings in a fully equipped facility.
- Accurately document all work in company software (photos notes forms).
- Communicate effectively with supervisors teammates and clients throughout all types of restoration projects.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE; provide field feedback if procedures are not followed.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule weekend and overtime shifts as needed.
- Complete tasks according to company processes maintaining quality control and attention to detail across all restoration work.

- Physically capable of hands-on work including lifting carrying pushing/pulling and working in confined spaces (crawlspaces attics) or at heights.
- Presentable and professional wearing company uniform and maintaining a clean appearance.
Requirements Must Haves
- Must pass a background check back to age 18 and a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must have a valid Oregon Drivers License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 5070 lbs frequently.
- Ability to stand walk squat crawl climb ladders and work in various indoor/outdoor environments for extended periods.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
