Join a compassionate close-knit healthcare team at a critical access hospital nestled in the scenic beauty of northern New Hampshire. Were seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality rapid-response care in the Emergency Department.

About the Role

As an essential member of the ED team youll bring strong clinical judgment quick decision-making and a calm patient-centered approach to a fast-paced environment. Youll care for patients across the lifespan from minor injuries to critical life-threatening conditions ensuring safe effective and compassionate treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide immediate comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process in a fast-paced ED setting.
Rapidly assess triage and prioritize patients based on acuity.
Initiate and manage emergency interventions administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Assist with procedures including wound care cardiac monitoring IV access and stabilization of critical patients.
Maintain thorough accurate documentation of assessments interventions and patient progress.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses treatments and follow-up care.
Collaborate closely with physicians EMS personnel and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Emergency or critical care experience preferred
