A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Telemetry this role you will provide high-quality evidence-based care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. You will play a crucial part in supporting patients with acute and complex conditions while working alongside a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

About the Role

As a Telemetry RN you will be responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms assessing changes in patient condition responding to emergent situations and implementing individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and provide direct nursing care to telemetry patients.
• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms identify abnormalities and promptly respond to changes in patient status.
• Administer medications treatments and interventions in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses treatments and discharge plans.
• Accurately document all assessments interventions and patient progress in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• A BSN is preferred.
• Active RN License.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Position details

• Full-time or part-time permanent position
• 24-36 hours/week days and nights available
