Performs a wide range of duties involved with preparing and/or serving foods and beverages in one or more of a variety of food service environments.

Essential Functions
-Performs preparation duties such as rinsing peeling slicing and dicing fruit and vegetables.
-Weighs and measures ingredients.
-Wraps date-labels and stores food items.
-Cleans and organizes work areas equipment utensils and service station.
-Follows established recipes to prepare menu items.
-Follows guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control.
-Serves customers in a fast efficient and friendly manner.
-Provides customers with information regarding food ingredients availability and pricing.
-Escalates customer concerns and complaints to management.
-Complies with relevant safety hygiene and service standards and procedures.
