Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die telefonische Ansprache von Leads (potenzielle Neukunden keine Kaltakquise)

  • In deinem Verantwortungsbereich liegt ebenfalls die Nachbearbeitung von Anfragen und Terminvereinbarungen

  • Zudem dokumentierst du alle Gespräche und aktualisierst Kundendaten im CRM-System

  • Du koordinierst Leads und stellst sicher dass Übergaben reibungslos laufen

Deine Stärken

  • Du telefonierst mit Leidenschaft und Begeisterung und verfügst über eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Du bringst Freude und Erfahrung im telefonischen Kontakt in der Leadbearbeitung (potentielle Kunden) mit

  • Deine Freundlichkeit gute kommunikative und starke verkäuferische Fähigkeiten heben dich hervor

  • Die Gestaltung einer angenehmen Gesprächsführung Überzeugungskraft sowie Geschick im sprachlichen Ausdruck ist dir vertraut

  • Du verfügst über gute MS-Office Kenntnisse bist technisch versiert und beherrschst die deutsche und französische Sprache Englisch- und Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
