Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an RN Outpatient Services for a job in Alpharetta GA.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
Perform assessments administer medications and support minor procedures as required.
Coordinate patient flow scheduling and follow-up care.
Educate patients and families regarding treatments procedures and post-visit care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation within the facilitys EMR system.
Adhere to safety compliance and infection control standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Outpatient Services or related specialty.
AHA BLS certification required.
Strong communication organizational and patient-care skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy outpatient environment.
