Caregiver Needed Houston, TX (77077) Short Shifts (Weekdays & Weekends)

As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area we are expanding our team and seeking dedicated caregivers to join us.

We are urgently hiring full-time caregivers to assist one client in Houston TX (77077). This position involves short day shifts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM available on both weekdays and weekends.

Position Details:

Location: Greater West Houston (Current Need: Houston TX 77077)
Shifts Available: Full-time short day shifts (8:00 AM10:00 PM weekdays & weekends)

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care following the supervisors care plan including:

• Assisting with daily living activities (meal preparation personal care light housekeeping companionship)

• Administering scheduled medications and tracking compliance

• Assisting with breathing treatments (oxygen tanks nebulizer)

• Monitoring and documenting the clients health and well-being reporting any changes or concerns promptly

• Assisting with errands or transportation as needed

• Following all safety and infection control protocols to protect the client and maintain a clean environment

• Communicating effectively with the client family and supervisors to ensure the best care

Requirements:

• Prior caregiving experience required (experience with seniors strongly preferred)

• Familiarity with breathing treatments (oxygen tanks nebulizers) and medication administration

• Ability to pass a background check and reference check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Empathy patience and compassion toward elderly clients

• Must be willing to workshort shifts on both weekdays and weekends

• Comfortable working in a home environment with one client

• Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles when needed
