Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Technical Product Owner Agentic AI
We are seeking a detail-oriented and outcome-driven Technical Product Owner to support the vision roadmap and execution of next-generation Agentic AI products. The ideal candidate brings strong product thinking a solid understanding of AI-driven capabilities and hands-on experience with software development processes to help deliver high-quality user-centric solutions.
In this role you will act as an enabler in Genpacts AI-first transformation working closely with AI research engineering design and product teams to translate innovation into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Product Roadmap Translation & Execution
Collaborate with Product teams to understand the product roadmap and convert features into detailed user stories for development and testing.
Support smooth hand-offs between product engineering and QA teams during implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with Product teams to understand client workflows needs and challenges.
Assist in validating requirements and aligning feature priorities to maximize business value.

SDLC Collaboration
Maintain visibility into product backlog helping prioritize agentic and non-agentic features.
Work closely with engineering leads to balance innovation with delivery commitments and ensure timely releases.

Quality & Delivery Excellence
Support product quality efforts through collaboration with QA teams structured defect-management practices and monitoring build health.
Use data and performance metrics to recommend improvements in product quality and engineering efficiency.

AI-Driven Product Development
Partner with AI researchers and platform teams to integrate AI capabilities into product features.
Contribute to shaping use cases and user journeys that leverage autonomy reasoning and next-generation automation.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Facilitate clear communication across engineering design GTM and sales teams to ensure alignment.
Encourage a culture that values collaboration continuous discovery and iterative improvement.

Team Support & Enablement
Provide teams with clear requirements priorities and business context.
Promote Agile best practices experimentation and customer-centric thinking across delivery squads.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
Masters degree in Product Management Technology Management Business or Data Science is preferred.
Strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering technology products in enterprise or global environments.
Solid understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and product quality frameworks.
Ability to partner effectively with engineering teams to improve development velocity and reduce defects.
Excellent communication prioritization and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience contributing to AI/ML or automation products ideally within agentic or intelligent workflow ecosystems.
Ability to balance technical understanding with business value and user impact.
Exposure to client-facing environments and comfort managing expectations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting talent in product thinking and agile delivery practices.
