The Director HR Product Technology Enablement is responsible for driving a consistent and seamless employee experience and a more effective and efficient HR function through HR systems and tools. They will play a strategic central role in facilitating and prioritizing Global Human Resources (GHR) technology needs. The Director will enable GHR transformation and build for the future bring external insights industry leading practices co-lead and drive multiple strategic and roadmaps.

Is this role right for you In this role you will:

  • Be accountable foridentifying and supporting Global HRs future technology needs and advising/conulting on how new technological capabilities can help Global HR meet its strategic priorities and evolving business objectives.
  • Partner on the HR Tech roadmap and strategy and play a strategic role in facilitating and prioritizing Global HR (GHR) technology needs.
  • Support and govern new and emerging technology acquisition onboarding and deployment globally.
  • Bring external insights industry leading practices co-lead and drive multiple strategic roadmaps.
  • Oversee a team who provides Technology thought leadership and consultative advisory services to ensure the right technology solutions are being purchased implemented and enhanced that align to the Global HR Technology Roadmap and do not introduce technology currency debt.
  • Partner across Global HR and Global IT to develop roadmaps/plans to improve the employee digital experience and the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function through HR systems and tools and meet other business needs
  • Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans and solutions for HR systems and digital tools ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities.
  • Develop strong internal and external networks to maintain knowledge of leading trends and best practices for HR technology and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Bank
  • Understand how the Banks risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
  • Create an environment in which the team pursues effective and efficient operations within their respective areas while ensuring the adequacy adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk regulatory compliance risk AML/ATF risk and conduct risk including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct
  • Build a high performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts retains develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed Wed love to work with you if you have:

  • Post-secondary Degree in Human Resources Technology or related field
  • Expert knowledge of HR processes and how they are enabled by HR systems
  • Extensive experience in HR tools/systems management and implementation (talent core compensation case management knowledge management data management)
  • Technology product ownership capability
  • Experience leading global teams and managing large technology portfolios
  • Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Strong change management skill set
  • Proven delivery experience across a range of technical HR applications including SAP SuccessFactors and Pega for case management
  • Proven analytical capability design thinking and strategic thinking
  • Ability to cultivate networks and relationships
  • Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Fluency in Spanish is an asset
