Job Summary
We are seeking a Associate Director Structures to join our WA leadership team. With offices across NSW VIC QLD WA and NT we deliver exceptional value to our clients through a collaborative culture a commitment to excellence and continuous investment in our people. This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role and be a key member of the leadership team.
Specifically:
- Lead and grow a team of structural engineers designers and project managers.
- Drive business strategy client relationships and project delivery excellence.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships across the state.
Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualifications in Structural Engineering
- Proven leadership experience within a consultancy environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
- A track record of delivering large-scale complex projects.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to inspire mentor and empower your team.
