Intership

• Support project teams through research calculations computer modelling and preparation of presentations and technical documentation
• Assist in producing sustainability-related specifications and reports and help coordinate with other disciplines as needed
• Review and provide comments on contractors environmental and sustainability reports drawings and material submissions
• Attend meetings with clients design teams and contractors to support project coordination and sustainability integration
• Contribute to problem-solving by applying lateral thinking and proposing innovative practical sustainability solutions
• Provide regular updates on work progress to the direct supervisor

Qualifications :

• Degree holder in Engineering/Science related to Green Building Civil & Environmental Sustainability Building Service Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent;
• Knowledge of BEAM Plus;
• Knowledge in LEED WELL and CGBL;
• Knowledge in relevant computer modelling for green building design(e.g. Energy Daylighting and Lighting CFD Thermal Comfort LCA e.t.c.)
• Be motivted confident organized efficient and effective communication skills;
• Proficient computer skills and abilities in AutoCAD Microsoft Office Adobe e.t.c.;
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Fresh Graduate are welcome.
