Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking LPN LTC for an exciting Travel or Local job in McCrory AR.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe and effective nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes to the care team
Assist with care planning and implementation of nursing interventions
Collaborate with CNAs RNs and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate medical records and follow facility policies
Support residents with compassion dignity and professionalism
Follow infection control and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in Arkansas
Previous LTC/SNF experience required
Strong assessment critical-thinking and communication skills
Ability to assist residents safely with mobility and care tasks
