Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a long-term care facility in Anchorage AK. The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care assess resident needs and support daily clinical operations. This role requires strong clinical judgment independence and effective teamwork to ensure resident safety comfort and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care within LTC standards and facility protocols
Administer medications and perform ordered treatments
Monitor document and communicate changes in resident condition
Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Adhere to infection control and safety procedures
Educate residents and families as needed

Qualifications:

Active RN license (AK or compact accepted)
Minimum 1 year of recent long-term care experience preferred
BLS certification (AHA) required
Strong assessment communication and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced LTC environment
Reliable and flexible for variable night shifts
