Job Summary
English Language Development Instructor
Location: Enid OK
Schedule: Same as original 14 week contract
Role Description:
The English Language Development Instructor will guide adult learners through targeted ESL/ESP instruction. Responsibilities include planning lessons teaching classes and documenting progress.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 610 hours/week of instruction.
- Develop student-centered learning materials.
- Maintain attendance and progress documentation.
- Participate in training and program meetings.
Qualifications:
- TESOL certification.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of ESL methodologies.
Preferred:
- Bachelors in a relevant field.
- 3 years adult ESL teaching.
- ESP teaching experience.
- Digital teaching tools experience.
