The Pricing Manager will develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability competitiveness and market share for Ayvens Mexicos leasing and mobility services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to balance customer value with business objectives in a dynamic market environment.

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for vehicle leasing fleet management and mobility solutions ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
• Analyze market data competitor pricing and customer demand to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with sales finance and operations teams to design pricing models that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate pricing performance providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure pricing compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Build and maintain pricing tools models and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
• Work closely with marketing to align pricing with promotional campaigns and customer value propositions.
• Forecast revenue impacts of pricing decisions and contribute to budgeting processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends economic factors and customer preferences to refine pricing strategies.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in pricing revenue management or financial analysis preferably in automotive leasing or mobility sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Tableau or Power BI).
• Knowledge of pricing methodologies including value-based and dynamic pricing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with the Mexican market and regulatory environment is a plus.

• Experience in an international company is a plus.
