Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a job in Atlanta GA.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic radiographic exams following established protocols and safety standards.
Position patients appropriately to obtain high-quality images while ensuring comfort and safety.
Operate radiology equipment efficiently and verify proper functioning before use.
Review imaging orders confirm patient identity and assess for contraindications.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and images in the EMR system.
Adhere to radiation safety guidelines for patients staff and self.
Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to ensure optimal workflow and patient care.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience.
AHA BLS certification required.
Strong knowledge of imaging procedures radiation safety and equipment operation.
Ability to work efficiently in a clinical radiology setting.
