SUMMARY: The purpose of the grader is to examine product and remove defects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Remove or trim defective cuts of meat.
Removed cuts of meat that dont meet customer requirements.
Check for excessive fat and skin.
Place defective meat in rework bin.
Check for foreign material.
All other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required
- None
Preferred
- Previous food processing experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
