Job Summary
The PRO/GRO Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to government relations including work permits visas licenses and compliance with local regulations.
- Lead and supervise a team of PROs/GROs to ensure smooth and compliant government transactions.
- Oversee the processing and renewal of work permits licenses and other official documentation.
- Coordinate with ministries.
- Ensure compliance with the local laws and regulations keeping the organization updated on any changes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials to facilitate efficient processing of company affairs.
- Monitor and report on the status of pending applications and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation for all government relations activities.
- Support internal stakeholders with government-related queries and processes.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or bachelors degree in business administration Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government relations in Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi laws visa processes and government portals (Muqeem etc.).
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven leadership interpersonal and team management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- This position is for Saudi Nationals only.
