Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience to lead development work for the Media OS product within the IQVIA Digital business line. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation Core C# and experience in leading and developing robust web applications and APIs. This role requires a creative thinker who is comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality software solutions. As a hands-on leader you will guide a team of up to 5 engineers fostering a culture of technical excellence collaboration and continuous improvement.
Essential Functions
- Full-Stack Engineer proficient Core and C# programming in Agile environment
- Strong experience in building web APIs.
- Full SDLC experience with front-end development platforms particularly Vue or React.
- Proficient in TypeScript with solid experience in vanilla JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL Server or Enterprise Database environments
- Manages team of professional-level employees ensures that a consistent design deployment and maintenance process is followed for all systems
- Develops and communicates objectives and priorities to meet organizational requirements
- Establishes goals policies and practices with significant impact on area operations
- Provides coaching and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports; models and provides leadership examples for organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of professional software development experience
- Demonstrated ability to build modern webUIs and back-end services
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention todetail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
